Quickest way to reach us
Include your Razorpay payment ID or the email you signed up with. Reply within one business day, usually faster.
Automatic refunds
Every failed generation is automatically refunded as a credit — no action needed. If the system charged you but produced no usable image, the credit is back in your account within a minute.
Money back on unused credits
If you bought a pack and want to step back, we'll refund the unused portion to your original payment method within 7 days of purchase. Email us with your order ID or payment ID — we do the rest.

After 7 days
Unused credits beyond 7 days aren't refundable to your card, but they never expire — they stay in your account until you use them.
If a payment didn't credit your account
Rare, but it happens — if you paid and credits didn't show up, just email us with the Razorpay payment ID. We'll either credit your account manually within an hour or refund the payment.
When refunds don't apply
- Credits already used to generate a successful photo
- Subjective dissatisfaction with output that rendered as intended
Free retries are unlimited within a generation — try a different preset or photo before requesting a refund.
